
The Backstory
Casey started college working as a bicycle mechanic and finished it working as a part-time Ferrari mechanic. Two weeks after graduating college, he loaded his tool box and sleeping bag into a 1957 Devin sports racer and drove to the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course to compete in his first vintage race weekend. He has restored and race-prepped numerous historical racing cars for both himself and clients over the years with regular podium finishes.
Casey’s specialty is vintage road racing cars, but is very familiar with a wide variety of makes and models, including: Enzo-era Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche (front engine), DeLorean, Rolls Royce and Bentley, as well as Viper. He is also an avid motorcycle enthusiast.


Notable Builds

Omega Car
Designed and built by Casey as a proof of concept for a mass-recyclable, mass production-aligned diesel sports car. It initially tested at 104.72 MPG in real world driving, with 0-60 in 4.61 seconds (matching a C7 Grand Sport Corvette and Tesla Model 3), and was calculated with EPA data to have a lower carbon footprint per mile on diesel than an EV when charged at home.
Casey was a guest on Tucker Carlson’s show where he spoke in detail about the car and automotive industry. Casey also used the car’s existence as a key talking point in his Gubernatorial political race to highlight the absurdity of current industry narratives.

World’s Only Turbine-Powered Batmobile
Casey created a fully-functioning replica of the Batmobile from the 1989 Tim Burton and Michael Keaton movie, Batman. The vehicle was powered by a Vietnam-era Boeing turboshaft engine from a drone anti-submarine helicopter that Casey restored and mated to a 4-speed semi-automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. The vehicle was also equipped with a flame thrower and sim-fire Browning .30 caliber machine guns.

Genius Garage Lykan Hypersport
The Lykan Hypersport is the famed $3.5M hypercar created by the Dubai, UAE-based W Motors company. Casey helped Genius Garage Educational Program acquire bodywork from the original molds via a defunct Fast and the Furious Live action show. He mentored the engineering students to reverse-engineer and build a car utilizing original Porsche components, similar to what is used in the original 6 cars. The car was given its own identification plaque from W Motors upon completion and was track tested by Casey at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.

Sopwith Camel
Casey mentored a small team of engineering students, and together they built a full-scale flyable replica of an English Sopwith Camel fighter plane from the first World War. The aircraft was completed in less than 5 months and exhibited at Air Venture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and featured in numerous magazines.

The Aristocad
This Triumph motorcycle-based build is a fully functioning “hero bike” for a storyline to a 1930s protagonist. The build featured two sim-fire Browning .30 caliber machine guns, Fairbanks fighting daggers in leather sheaths on the tank, a gun sight from a WWI fighter plane, and high pipes. Casey was able to hide high pressure oxygen and propane tanks in the build to power the guns’ automatic blank firing capability.

Flying Pterosaur Model
Casey handmade a full scale flying model of the Pterosaur species Quetzalcoatlus Northropi after studying fossil record and scientific papers. The model had a 38 foot wingspan and was flown as a tethered glider. The skeletal structure was made from carbon fiber composite and thin-wall steel tubing and the wing membranes were a development from yacht racing sail cloth.
